For this issue, you can try the following solutions:
The loading time of the application will be longer when you open it for the first time with a new device, but it will faster upon re-opening.
Check the network connection and/or attempt to switch the network.
Exit your wallet and clean up the phone program. Proceed to visit the CoinWind website to disconnect and reconnect the wallet.

4. Why can't the token income information be displayed on the official website on the PC?
When the official website is not connected to the wallet, you cannot view the token or other related information. You can search our official website for the tutorial at the bottom to install the MetaMusk extension, or enter our official website through CodeBank or Huobi Wallet.
5. Why can't the project be accessed or the project information is not displayed completely?

6. Why can't I switch the HECO/BSC chain on the wallet?
1. Clear wallet cache
2. Click on the upper right corner of the official CoinWind website to disconnect the wallet. Reopen the CoinWind website on the corresponding chain to reconnect the wallet and refresh the webpage.
